Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected countries within the European Union. Shipping availability may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Processing & Dispatch Time (Made-to-Order Items)

Most of our products, including photo magnets and other custom items, are made to order.

Orders are typically produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, production may take up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using one of our available carriers.

Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and DPD. The carrier used may vary depending on the destination, parcel size, and service availability.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 1–4 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days

Total estimated delivery timeframe (production + shipping): approximately 3–15 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, carrier rates, and order weight.

International Orders (EU)

Orders shipped from the United Kingdom to countries within the European Union are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means that any import VAT, customs duties, or local handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery.

These charges are set by local customs authorities and carriers and are outside of our control.

If a parcel is refused because import charges are not paid, and the order is returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping costs or carrier fees from the refund where applicable.

We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.

If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the parcel is returned to us or marked as undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

PO Boxes

Shipping to PO Boxes may be available depending on the carrier service used.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While delays are uncommon, they may occasionally occur.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • check around your delivery area or mailbox,
  • check with neighbours or household members,
  • contact your local carrier office, and
  • email us so we can assist you.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and work with you to resolve the matter appropriately.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@rikijs.co.uk with:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the damage (item and packaging).

We will review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement according to our Remake Policy.
