Personalized Items (Photo Magnets) – No Returns

Each item is custom-made and personalized using the image(s) and/or text you provide. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except for verified issues with the product.

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you do not have the right to cancel or return personalised items, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered.

Remakes for Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Orders (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day remake window, meaning you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a remake if:

  • Your item arrives damaged,
  • Your item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong item.

To request a remake, email us at info@rikijs.co.uk with:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos showing the issue (and packaging, if applicable).

If approved, we’ll send you a new order confirmation and your replacement will go into production right away.

No return shipping required: In most cases, you do not need to send the damaged or incorrect item back. We may request a return in rare cases for quality review.

Cancellations / Changes

Because custom orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits once processing begins. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@rikijs.co.uk, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Refund Timing (If a Refund Is Approved)

If a refund is approved (for example, if a remake isn’t possible), it will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.
